I found my blog on a list of local bloggers. Come to find out, they get together once a month and talk about blogging. Hmmmmm….
I systematically went through and looked at all the blogs on the list. Some have actual reasons for being…like they talk about sports or politics. I realized if a total stranger stumbled on my blog, they would probably be mystified what mine’s all about
I started blogging years ago on AOL because people asked me the same questions over and over again. I could post recipes and pics and stuff about how to homestead or build your own underground house. When I was off traveling the country, I updated friends and family by posting where I was and what I was doing on the blog.
My blogs have always been a mish mash of whatever is happening in my life at the time, along with quotes, pics I like or bits of info I find interesting. Sometimes it’s my space to vent frustrations or to brag on my kid.
I need a video camera! A lizard is using the lure of my porch light to eat all the bugs around it. He got on my screen door, then went back under the light. Aleka cat is going absolutely bonkers! It’s fun to watch
See…stuff like that is what my life is made up of and what I talk about. Lately it seems like all I do is bitch and moan about my pains and fevers, but for me, those things are pretty hard to ignore. Ouch!
So, if I go to this blogger meet-up, what do I talk about? My kidney stone? ;-p
I dont know what I would talk about either! LOL I am a very quiet person and they said they can get loud! Could be fun though. Dont think I can arrange to be there for the next meeting because of the day it is on.

Actually, I’ve been quietly reading your blog for quite awhile. I finally wrote about your blog and added you to the list on Feb 1st.

MMMoore, I’ve also been reading your blog. I just wanted to wait until you had a month or so under your belt before I mentioned it on Lakeland Local. You’re surprised how many blogs have one two entries and then call it quits.
