How Do You Eat an Elephant? One Bite at a Time!
Now that I am the ward bulletin person and bake the sacrament bread, I feel more useful. I also get to fill in the blank spaces in the bulletin with quotes I like or that I think people need to hear. Today’s tidbits were about genealogy and water storage.

Store drinking water for circumstances in which the water supply may be polluted or disrupted.
If water comes directly from a good, pretreated source, then no additional purification is needed; otherwise, pretreat water before use. Store water in sturdy, leak-proof, breakage-resistant containers. Consider using plastic bottles commonly used for juices and soft drinks.

I decided to take my own advice and work on genealogy. I got out the papers I have and asked my mother for verification or any memories she had of her parents and grandparents. I learned some things, she learned some things.
I have soooo many things to learn when it comes to genealogy. I guess it’s like that proverbial elephant. You take a bite here and a bite there and one day you discover you’ve got the job done ;-p
