I took my first dose of MMS and then used another batch to brush my teeth. For brushing, I put 6 drops of MMS in a glass and added 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar. Wait 3 minutes and add water. I LOVED the way it made my gums squeak and feel firm 
So far no nausea. I figure I spent enough time in the bathroom today so there’s nothing left to come out ;-p Seemed like a good time to start the MMS protocol. So far, so good…
Please be careful with the Chlorine Dioxide (MMS). It is normally used as a disinfectant and bleach. It can be harmful.
I’ve read everything I could get my hands on. We are talking a MAXIMUM dose of 30 drops,and usually less. It has cured malaria in over 75,000 people. Lupus symptoms are similar to malaria and both diseases utilize quinine based meds. I used to take chloroquine, but had to stop because it made the MG worse. There are no reports of problems with MMS if used the way outlined in the protocol.
There is a PROBLEM, if you take max doses for a long time and dont take a Vit C replacement you can have Heart problems. but otherwise its awsome stuff i have loved it

The first day I took one drop. Today I took 2 doses of 15 drops each. I’m going to do that for a week and then switch to 6 drops once a day.
I felt yucky on the first 15 drop dose, but just fine on the second one
Yes and yes but I am not a daily user I just take it for a few day once a month the boost my system I take 9-15 x2 a day if your going for the maint dose take the 6. I use it on my teeth if they start to hurt. It has helped me sleep better and the dandruff on my head im a pretty healthy guy so not much to due but I havent been sick yet, it is pretty gross tasting dont smell it as its activating smells like bleach.
Gross is right. Just thinking about the taste and smell this morning has my body rebelling!

Nathan…I have looked EVERYWHERE to confirm or deny that MMS causes vitamin C deficiency. Where did you get that idea from? It seems that since it’s activated by an acid with inherent Vitamin C, deficiency would not be involved.
From what I understood The vit C helps heal after detox that clears out the heart valves, the valve walls have plaqe and when the MMS cleans it, if it does not have time to heal the valves will collapse. I read it from a guy who is still taking it he said he took to much to fast and he had the problem. I cant find it its been awhile but that is the best I can remember. sorry it took so long to respond I had a website deployment taking my time

I just came across your page and saw yours and Nathan’s conversation about vitamin C deficiancy. I don’t know much about that, but my mother was told directly by Jim Humble that if you take to much MMS and start to feel sick to take vitamin C and it will deactivate the MMS that is in your body. We didn’t quite understand the science behind it since it is activated by citric acid, but for whatever reason citric acid within your system has the opposite effect. Also my mother eventually had to stop taking the MMS because she was hospitalized, while following the protocol exactly, for an extreme potassium deficiency. She was told she was on the verge of heart of attack due to the potassium deficiency, but since stopping the MMS is fine. She does however still use the MMS to brush her teeth, but will not swallow it! Just thought you may be interested … please, please, please be sure to find out as much information about this chemical as possible. There may be no noted deaths or illness associated to the MMS because people are unaware. If my mother had died of that heart attack it would have just been said that she had an extreme potassium deficiency.
