What’s up with Yellowstone?

There have been  7 earthquakes so far today at Yellowstone National Park. It’s only recently that I have kept track of worldwide earthquakes every day, so I don’t know if this happens sometimes or is a new development. I have had an earthquake widget on Safari for months and months, but lately put a quake link on my toolbar.

So many predictions have been coming true lately about our troubled future that I figured I should pay more attention to the earthquakes. We are already getting weird weather, wars, collapsing economy, etc….

      I just checked again and they took down one earthquake report, now it says 6 today.

    Yellowstone usually averages over 30 per day, from the time we started monitoring. We sit on top of the world’s largest volcano, so it’s really not surprising. Most are to small to feel.

      I went to somewhere in southern California….near the Salton Sea, I think, where they had even more earthquakes a day than 30…but they were all small.

      I’d be scared to live someplace that had earthquakes that often! One of these days it’s going to be a really big one at Yellowstone. I’ve been there twice….once in winter, once in summer :-)
